That’s Way Better Housecleaning is operated by Flourish Faster LLC, DBA That’s Way Better Housecleaning (“That’s Way Better,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Texas limited liability company.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase or use of our housecleaning services.

By using our website, submitting a cleaning inquiry, accepting an estimate, scheduling services, or purchasing services from us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

That’s Way Better provides residential housecleaning services in our designated service area.

Available services, service descriptions, pricing, and availability may change from time to time. The specific services, frequency, home size, and price applicable to your cleaning will be described in your estimate or other service confirmation.

Prices displayed on our website are starting prices and are provided for general informational purposes.

Your actual cleaning price may depend on factors including:

Home size and number of bedrooms and bathrooms Cleaning frequency Requested services Condition of the home Add-on services Other circumstances that reasonably affect the time or work required

Your estimate will identify the service and price being offered to you.

If the condition of the home or requested services differs significantly from the information provided when the estimate was prepared, we will discuss recommended pricing or service changes with you before performing additional work.

Prices may change over time. Any change affecting an existing recurring customer will be communicated before the new price takes effect.

Cleaning appointments are subject to availability.

Once an appointment is scheduled and confirmed, you are responsible for ensuring that we can access the property at the scheduled time.

Appointment times represent our planned arrival and service period. Circumstances such as traffic, weather, prior appointments, or unexpected events may occasionally affect arrival times. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

We understand that plans change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

At this time, That’s Way Better does not charge a standard cancellation or rescheduling fee. We reserve the right to update this policy in the future, with notice provided before a new cancellation fee applies to an existing customer.

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas of your home included in your cleaning service.

Before your appointment, please provide any necessary instructions regarding entry, keys, access codes, gates, alarms, parking, or other access considerations.

If we are unable to enter the property at the scheduled time, the cleaning may need to be rescheduled.

To help us provide efficient service, we ask that customers provide reasonable access to the surfaces and areas being cleaned.

Excessive clutter, inaccessible areas, unsafe conditions, or circumstances substantially different from those described during the inquiry or estimate process may limit what can reasonably be completed during the scheduled cleaning.

If additional work or time is recommended, we will discuss it with you before proceeding with work that would result in an additional charge.

We’re happy to clean homes with pets.

Customers are responsible for ensuring pets are safely managed during the cleaning appointment. Please let us know in advance about pets in the home and any special instructions or concerns.

We may ask that a pet be secured if necessary for the safety of the pet, the cleaner, or others in the home.

We reserve the right to decline, discontinue, or reschedule service if conditions at the property present a reasonable health or safety concern or prevent the cleaning from being performed safely.

This may include hazardous materials, biohazards, unsafe structural conditions, aggressive animals, pest infestations, or other conditions outside the scope of standard residential cleaning.

When reasonably possible, we will communicate the concern with you and discuss available next steps.

Recurring cleaning prices are based in part on the agreed cleaning frequency and scope of service.

Changes to your cleaning frequency, home size, service areas, requested tasks, or other material circumstances may result in an updated price.

Recurring service does not create a fixed-term contract unless expressly stated otherwise. You may discontinue future recurring cleanings by contacting us.

Payment is due upon completion of your cleaning unless otherwise stated in your estimate or invoice.

We may accept electronic payment methods through third-party payment processors.

If a payment is declined or remains unpaid, you remain responsible for the amount due. We may pause future cleaning services until outstanding balances are resolved.

We want you to be happy with your cleaning.

If you have a concern about the service provided, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can understand the issue and determine an appropriate response.

Because cleaning services involve time and labor already performed, payments for completed services are generally non-refundable. However, we will review service concerns individually and work in good faith toward a reasonable resolution.

That’s Way Better Housecleaning, operated by Flourish Faster LLC, offers an optional SMS messaging program to customers who expressly opt in to receive text messages from us.

SMS messages are used for non-marketing, customer-care and service-related purposes. Messages may include:

Responses to cleaning inquiries Estimate-related communications Scheduling coordination Appointment confirmations and reminders Cancellation and rescheduling notices Cleaning service updates Customer care and follow-up communications

Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from That’s Way Better Housecleaning.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiries, scheduled appointments, and interactions with us.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to messages you send to us. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply.

For questions regarding your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

How to Opt Out

You may cancel SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to a text message from That’s Way Better Housecleaning.

After you send STOP, we may send you an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

If you later wish to receive SMS messages again, you may opt in through an available consent method.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to policies that materially affect existing scheduled or recurring services will be communicated as appropriate before they apply.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, your accepted estimate, and any other applicable written service terms constitute the agreement between you and That’s Way Better regarding the applicable services.

If an accepted estimate contains terms specific to your cleaning service, those specific terms will apply to that service.
